Your tax documents are mailed or made available in your online account no later than January 31.
What’s happening
Tax documents are prepared on a set schedule each year and cannot be accessed earlier.
For the most recent tax year:
• Some tax documents may be included with your January billing statement
• All required tax forms are mailed or posted online by January 31
If you’re enrolled in paperless delivery, your tax documents will be available online instead of being mailed. Paperless delivery does not change when tax documents become available.
If it’s before January 31, your tax documents may still be processing and may not appear yet.
What to expect / What to do
To find and download your tax documents online:
1. Log in to your account
2. Select Documents
3. Locate the document you need
4. Select Download
Important notes:
• Only documents that are currently available will appear
• Tax documents are added once per year and will not appear before late January
• If you don’t see your documents yet, please check back after January 31
Customer service can help with general questions or download issues once your documents appear online, but cannot access them before they are available.
Contact us if…
• Your tax documents are not available after January 31
• A document appears but you are unable to download it
