Short answer
You log in with the email and password you created for the website.
If enabled, you’ll also enter a verification code.
You do not log in with your loan number, SSN, or ZIP.
Why this is happening
Login issues usually happen because:
You haven’t created a Sage website account yet
You’re trying to use login details from an old website
You’re entering an email address different from the one you registered with
⚠️ Old wesite usernames and passwords will not work.
What to check first
Make sure you’re using:
The email address you registered with (this is your username)
The password you created for the website
A verification code, if prompted
Your loan number, SSN, and ZIP are only used during registration, not login.
Try this next
Confirm you’re using the same email you registered with
Re-enter your password carefully
Select Forgot Password if you’re unsure
If your account is locked, wait 10 minutes, then reset your password
Password rules
Your password must:
Be at least 8 characters
Include uppercase, lowercase, and a number
Not include your email address
Not match your last 4 passwords
