To protect your information, we first verify that you’re connected to the loan before you create an online account.
We use three pieces of information to locate your loan:
- Loan number
- Last 4 digits of your Social Security number
- Property ZIP code
If the information matches our records, you’ll be able to move forward and create your account.
What to expect / What to do
1. Find your loan number
You can locate your loan number on:
- Your welcome letter
- A recent mortgage statement
- Other official correspondence from your servicer
Your loan number is not your Social Security number.
2. Enter your information carefully
Make sure:
- You enter the loan number exactly as shown
- You use the last 4 digits of your SSN
- You enter the ZIP code for the property (not your mailing address, if different)
3. Select your loan
If your information matches, select the correct property to continue.
4. Create your account
Once your loan is verified, you’ll:
- Enter your email address
- Create a password
- Set up verification (if prompted)
After that, you’ll be able to log in and manage your loan online.
