Short answer:
If you’re not receiving a verification email, it’s usually due to a typo, spam filtering, or a full inbox.
What’s happening
When you register or update your account, we send a verification email to confirm your identity.
If you don’t receive it, it usually means:
- The email address was entered incorrectly
- The message went to spam or junk
- Your inbox is full
- Your email provider delayed delivery
What to expect / What to do
1. Check for typos
Confirm that:
- Your email address is spelled correctly
- There are no missing letters or extra spaces
- If needed, go back and re-enter your email.
2. Check spam or junk folders
Look in:
- Spam
- Junk
- Promotions or filtered folders
- Search your inbox for the servicer’s name if needed.
3. Make sure your inbox can receive new messages
If your inbox is full, you may not receive new emails.
Delete old messages and try again.
4. Resend the verification email
Return to the verification screen and select Resend Email.
Wait a few minutes before requesting another one.
