Use the search field or filters at the top of the Documents page to quickly narrow down your results.
What’s happening
Over time, your document list may grow. To help you find what you need faster, the Documents page includes:
- A search field
- Category filters such as:
- All Documents
- Statements
- Tax and Insurance
- Delinquency
- Payoff and Closures
These tools help reduce scrolling and surface the most relevant results.
What to expect / What to do
To search:
- Go to the Documents page.
- Enter a keyword into the search field (for example: “tax,” “statement,” or “insurance”).
- Results update automatically as you type.
Search:
- Is not case sensitive
- Supports partial matches (for example, typing “tax” returns “Tax Statement”)
To filter:
- Select a filter option at the top of the page.
- Click another filter to switch categories.
- Select “All Documents” to return to the full list.
If no results appear:
- Clear your search term.
- Reset the filter to “All Documents.”
- Confirm the document has been issued yet.
Contact us if…
- Search results do not appear to update
- Filters are not working correctly
- You believe a document should be visible but cannot find it
