If a document isn’t visible, it may not have been issued yet, may not apply to your loan, or may have been sent another way.
What’s happening
Not all documents are created for every loan. Some documents:
- Are issued only once per year (such as tax forms)
- Are generated only if certain events occur
- Take several business days to process
- May be sent by mail instead of uploaded
If your loan was recently transferred, some earlier documents may remain with your previous servicer.
If your loan has not yet generated any documents, you may see an empty state message on the page.
What to expect / What to do
If you’re looking for a specific document:
- Clear any active search terms or filters.
- Confirm the expected issue date.
- Allow time if the document was recently generated.
- Check your mail for paper delivery if applicable.
If the document relates to:
- Annual tax reporting — availability follows regulatory timelines.
- A recent payoff — processing time may apply.
